Appointment Cancellations

We understand that plans change. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• ✦ 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• ✦ Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee may apply
• ✦ No-show: Full treatment fee may be charged

Program Refunds

Skin programs are designed as structured, multi-session plans. Refunds for programs are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• ✦ Before first treatment: Full refund minus any products already provided
• ✦ During program: Pro-rata refund for unused sessions, minus products provided
• ✦ Completed programs: No refund available
