We offer delivery across Portugal and selected European countries. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• ✦ Standard Delivery (Portugal): 3–5 business days — €5.00
• ✦ Free Delivery: On all orders over €75
• ✦ Click & Collect: Available at our Lisbon clinic — free of charge
• ✦ European Delivery: 5–10 business days — rates calculated at checkout

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• ✦ Products must be in their original, sealed packaging
• ✦ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• ✦ Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return
• ✦ Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at info@theskininstitute.eu with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
